How it started
Hi, I’m Brittany, the creator of Satiated Cookies.
Living with Type 1 diabetes has taught me a lot about food — especially how to really read a nutrition label. Over the years, that awareness turned into a passion for wholesome, nourishing ingredients and the joy of eating foods that make me feel good inside and out.
I began experimenting in my kitchen, taking my favorite cookie recipes and “healthifying” them using naturally sweet ingredients like coconut sugar, maple syrup, and honey — no refined sugars, ever. What started as a personal journey to create treats I could enjoy without guilt (or blood sugar spikes) quickly grew into a mission to share them with others.
At Satiated Cookies, we believe that indulgence and wellness can happily coexist. Every cookie is made with real, whole ingredients, so you can feel good about what you’re eating, without compromising on taste.
Because life’s too short for bland “healthy” snacks and everyone deserves to feel satiated.
